Introduction

Mastermind Group Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FPS Tactical Map Guide mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We are committed to minimizing data collection. Our App does not require user accounts or personal login credentials.

We do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or physical addresses
• Phone numbers or contact lists
• Photos, videos, or media files
• Location data (GPS or IP-based geolocation)
• Financial or payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)
• Health, fitness, or biometric data

Anonymous Usage Data

Our App includes a star rating feature that allows users to rate Points of Interest (POIs) on tactical maps. When you submit a rating, we store only the numeric score and an aggregate count — no personal identifiers, usernames, or device IDs are associated with your rating. This data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database and is used solely to display average community ratings within the App.

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the App experience. This includes:

• General device type and operating system version
• App usage patterns (e.g., which maps are viewed most)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Session duration and frequency

Analytics configuration:

• Ads Personalization / IDFA: Disabled
• Google Signals: Disabled
• IP Anonymization: Enabled

This data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual users. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or transmitted.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Anonymous usage analytics as described above. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple App Store: All purchase transactions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs. There are no ads in the App.

Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 12. It is rated for ages 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below, and we will take steps to remove that information.

Data Retention and Security

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's standard data retention policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of analytics data.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including:

• The right to know what data is collected
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of data collection
