1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FPS Tactical Map Guide (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Mastermind Group Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Unofficial Status

This App is an independent, fan-made product. It is NOT an official product of Activision Publishing, Inc., Treyarch, or any affiliated entity. All game titles, trademarks, and imagery referenced within the App are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only under principles of fair use.

This App provides original commentary, strategic analysis, and tactical tools. It does not reproduce substantial game content, modify the game, access private APIs, or enable cheating of any kind.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use the App's content to infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Use the App to facilitate cheating, exploits, or violations of any game's terms of service
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App by automated means
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. Intellectual Property

All original content in the App, including but not limited to strategic analysis, tactical commentary, user interface design, and visual layouts, is the intellectual property of Mastermind Group Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Third-party trademarks, including "Call of Duty," "Black Ops," and related marks, are the property of their respective owners (Activision Publishing, Inc.) and are used solely for identification purposes. No affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any tactical information, strategy guides, or analysis provided in the App. Game mechanics, maps, and features may change at any time due to updates by the game publisher.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MASTERMIND GROUP VENTURES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP ($2.99).

7. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.

8. User-Generated Content

If the App includes community features such as ratings or comments in future updates:

• You are solely responsible for content you submit
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We may implement a takedown-on-notice and repeat-infringer policy
• Content must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
